Default removal of bumperettes and install ducts and fogs

I am going to fill the bumperette cutouts and install air ducts and new fog lights. I have read a few different versions on how to do it. If I want clear corners, turbo style ducts, and fog lights, which are the best options, (sans the ebay Hong Kong connection). Also, what will I be looking at for total cost? Thanks Phil

You should be able to get the clear corners at the dealer, I paid $125, Turbo S ducts from MA Shaw $300, new seals for the bumper 2 at $22 each, paint and fill holes, $928. I did all the removal and install. The look, priceless!

They seem to be pretty rare. Mine were added by the Beverly Hill dealer so i didn't have the option code on my options sticker, but they were availble from the Exclusive options list.

Here is how I figured it out.

Eric in Chicago had the same wide rockers on his previous highly optioned C4 cab. When he posted his options sticker it had the option code X76 which I plugged into the option decoder here: http://www.kindel.com/Porsche/options.asp

The other rockers that are more common come with the areo kit Y02 and in the description are just called rockers instead of wide rockers.

Yes, I have too much time on my hand to be trying to figure out this stuff!

Joe, great looking cab. The rockers and splitters give it a nice stance.

The Techart rocker panels are still available from Techart at around $1500 a pair. BTW, the fit and finish is way superior to the copies out there. You will probably spend much more in labor at the bodyshop with the copies.

Phil, I have an extra set of ducts with lights, I will make you a heck of a deal on. Yes, get the corner lenses from Porsche. My bud used 3M plastic bumper weld to fill my holes. You can also get the process started after you have it removed using the fiberglass matting method on the backside. If you are interested in the ducts and want a pic let me know. they are brand new $208.00 shipped.

Joe: do you have the code for your front splitters? Does are the ones I'm looking for exactly. I like them better than the RS ones with the lip trending upward on the side.
