This is the Mother.....
of all Tech Sessions. I have never heard of a Tech Session, especially one so narrowly focused to one model, the 993 car, getting 100 people to show up. Personally, I think it is JoAnne…everyone wants to meet her…and quite a few want to meet that curmudgeon Tony Callas, a guy that was on a world class privateer racing team, Reiser Callas Racing with Momma JoAnne making certain that all was organized and well planned out. All of the above IMHO, of course!
And thanks to Porsche Owners Club for stepping up to be a cash sponsor, picking up the tab for coffee and donuts. And special thanks to John Dunkle, our Rennlist administrator, and driver of Rennlist, along with Jenn, for giving the Tech Session the great coverage on Rennlist. JoAnne made this happen...cheers for JoAnne!

I am going to beg the other half to let me go... 
I am already doing the SDPCA "Back Country Road Tour" on Sunday and have got my other half to cover me in Intermediate Obedience for our Yellow Lab, but this Tech session sounds like something you don’t pass.
Maybe #102...

Wow - surf's coming this weekend - but Tony's show must go on! Actually what I see on Wetsand.com is that Sunday / Monday will be best. What a way to spend a weekend - 993 Tech Session on Sat. / Surf on Sun. Merry Christmas!!!

I just got back from this tech session and it was excellent. Tony Callas and his crew are very knowlegable and very personable - a real class act! When I need more than DIY service, this is where I'll be taking my 993.
Also, special thanks to Martin, JoAnn & Robert for organizing this event.

That class was priceless. I learned more about 993's in three hours than 5 years of ownership. Thanks again for using my car as a Guinea Pig. Now I have a nice list of things to fix. I will try to fix some of the stuff myself. Everything else I will let Tony fix.

so nice to meet newbies & see friends... tony & co. are simply great @ what they do. what passion for porsches their work & care display.
was a pleasure talkin' cars w/ all involved. p-club & the dealer had some nice gifts (raffle stuff too!) & coffee & donuts for all. -thank you.
