Which car would you prefer?

This '96 already had a valve job done, so probability of CEL issues is very low. Also 96 has very nice ltw my2002 wheels. Not mentioning polar silver color! I'd go with '96 one. By the way, if '96 has Bilstein HD setup, then for daily driver it would be better than PSS9 on '95.

I've had both the OBD1 95 and now have the OBD2 96. My pick for the 1996 was in easy because it has "Clutch/Flywheel and Full Valve Job, nice suspension upgrade, full service records". Full valve job and full service records are worth it's weight in gold IMO. Is it a single owner? That would seal the deal for me. I could care less about the mileage or the suspension upgrades.
Secondly color is a factor. I would much rather have the silver with lightweight wheels over the red albiet gorgeous.
Like most people recommend, drive and you will buy the one for you.

The 1995 still has the Secondary Air Injection (SAI) pump but does not have the On Board Diagnostics 2 (OBD-2) check engine light (CEL) issues. Tough decision. I would scrutinize the place that did the valve job, consider their reputation, the type of parts they used and how good their warranty is. That would make my mind up for me. If they were a very good shop with a good warranty, then I would choose the 1996. I would like to see a minimum of 1 year warranty if not 2. I am mostly thinking of the 1995 because I have little faith in most shops considering the complexities of the 993. All that being said, a good PPI is a determining factor too.

Also, Michael[Snowdon] didn't mention RS clutch/LWF in 96 - that makes it a no-brainer!

Looks like Argo hasn't been on this site for awhile.
Small, thanks for digging up those threads, go to show that Truespeed is one of the good guys, and worth paying a little more to keep the good guys in business.
I just need to decide, which is my major short coming in life, can never decide what to buy.
