Default Spark Plug of Choice ... ?

I had assumed that for the NA motor, the Bosch FR 5DTC triple electrode was the standard plug; however, the plugs pulled from my spare are Beru 14FR 6LDU two electrode. -- on to a check of the Owners Manual, and this is noted as a recommended plug. Actually, there are two plugs of heat range '6' recommended for both the NA and Turbo ... Bosch FR 6 LDC and the Beru 14FR 6 LDU: in addition, two versions of heat range '5' are also recommended for the NA - the Bosch FR 5 DTC and Beru 14 FR 5 DTU.

So, what is the experience of Users for NA motors in street use? ... which plug, two or three electrode, and which choice of heat range have you found to perform best?
