I have an AC DK20Q, that's the one with the quick lift pedal. It's been used regularly for about 4 years on mostly Mercedes vehicles. It's held up well so far with no problems.
One thing that's really nice about these jacks is it's real easy to control letting the vehicle down very slowly if need be.

I just looked at the price of the DK20 and it's gone from $254 to $353 since the last time I looked a couple months ago. Super! I guess that's what I get for procrastinating...

Yeah, for some reason the prices have gone up a lot lately (maybe euro related)? It pays to shop around too as prices vary pretty widely. I'd check Pelican and Ultimate Garage? as they both sell these products.

Costco Jack is an Arcan #ALJ2T 2 ton jack 3.5"Low and 19.25"high. I also have the jack and recommend, I just happen to use the packing box for storage of Porsche parts. If I remember right the price is $99.99.

The total car weighs about 1.6 tons. In my case, I wanted a buffer, so I went with the 2 ton.
My jackstands are 6 ton! If I'm going to be under it, I want to sway the scales in my favor.

I just bought this one last week from Harbor Freight $79.99. Very light Weight & low profile. I love it. I can get the car on 4 jack stands with no "wrangling" or any other equipment.

I started out with the harbour freight jack, used it a few times over a year period, and it leaked. That, and it always seemed less than stable. I borrowed a friends AC at a track event, and loved it. I bought one 4 years ago, and it has been the best jack I've ever used. I liked it so much, I bought their stands, and they are the best I've seen as well. My only complaint is the weight of the Dk20; at some point, I may get an aluminum, and keep the AC at home. The one CDOC seems to be really high quality for the price. Anyone tried these?
