Four years after I originally posted I am in the final stages of building my garage. Here is a photo with my 993 inside. I still have to finish the inside, build a proper fence and paint the siding but as of last week we can park inside!

Got the extension pretty much finished now. We added a 12 foot bay to the right hand side of our 2 car garage:
My brother and I are going to insulate and dry wall it in the next few weeks, and then the 993 will go into storage so our daughter's Golf TDI can go in there over the winter:
My brother, a construction guy and former 911 T owner, did much of the work, for free:
My assistant's husband contributed the excavation work:
Even The Princess chipped in with some work:
Anyway, it was nice to get this (basically) finished; the disruption to the home environment is considerable.
