Default Anyone ever "Fix" the floor board in trunk?

The board is warped. Has anyone replaced it or do I need to find a whole new carpet setup?

Thanks

Mine was warped - or cupped - as well. It simply slides out, so I turned it over and it's starting to flatten out.

stored a wet cover in there overnight and it's been a little misshapen ever since- I'll try the "turn it over to flatten out" trick

I slid it out, cut a new piece of wood to size (home depot) and slid it in. Who said these cars were hard to work on =) ?

I just replaced mine the other week. The warped factory 'board' was some sort of thin pressboard. It was shot.

I picked up a 2'x4' piece of 1/4" MDF at Home Depot, and then ran it through my table saw to get the correct dimensions (somewhere around 13"x23" if I remember correctly). I finish-sanded the edges and then brushed on a few coats of satin polyurethane. The end result turned out great and fit snuggly into the pocket. It actually feels like a fairly-solid floorboard now
