Default Gunk Motor Flush

Has anyone used the GMF additive in their 993? I've used it in my previous 944. But that one was, of course, a water cooled engine and it lasted well over 200 miles of driving. Since this products removes accumulated gums, varnishes, and sludge from sticky valves, piston rings and other internal engine parts, could it be benificial to the life span of our engine?

Thanks,

KrS

Real question is, does it leave a gunky residue that will speed up wear of the engine internals? I would be nervous using that stuff on my $$ engine.

Run Mobil 1. That oil already has all the additives, detergents, and loving care your engine will need.

Mobil 1 is designed to do all of the things you mentioned, but at a safe rate.

Why is it that Florida residents buck the system and use FLA instead of FL as teh state initials?

Lou Reed's responsible...

Holly came from Miami FLA
Hitch-hiked her way across the USA.
Plucked her eyebrows on the way
Shaved her leg and then he was a she
