Supercups or 100 Cell Cats with RSRs
A simple question which I am sure there will be much debate over. Which do you think would be the best solution, given that I already have RSRs and want more very silly noise!

the 100cell cats is more expensive BUT won't have that horrid resonance inside your car like the fabspeed supercups do
100cell cats won't be as loud as the fabspeed supercups but I found them to be a very nice burble when I had them

hi,
i put a 100 cell and a paar of RSR (100 cell from SCART) and i have absolutly no resonance outside and inside.
Speaking of cat, normal cat is 400 cell, wich means 400 cell by cm2 (or sq inches i don't know).
so when you put a 200 cell, it's not as free as 100cell.

Hummmm, I am tempted Chris, but I'd need the cats as it's a road car and it's a requirement in the UK. You did quote me for this a little while ago, difficult choice, they are expensive compared to the Supercups. Damn, I just can't make my mind up!
I was under the impression that NA cars needed a certin amount of back pressure or they would be really lumpy and actually loose some power, is there any truth in this?

Gabi, PM'd you.
For the UK, apparently you WILL need the cat pipes. The standard X-pipes are cheaper than the Supercups. I also have these if you want Supercup style loud (for less). These will fit NB or WB and accept factory (or similar) tips!

This is worse than looking at ****! I assume the above are muffler replacements can you PM me a price on these? Are these designed for working in conjunction with the x pipes or will they work with the standard cat? Which would give good performance and the most pleasing sound?
