They will work with either stock cats, my cat X-pipes, X-pipes.
If you do alot of daily driving, you'll be best off with the X-pipe'd cats. They'll be twice the price, but keep you legal for UK and will sound great. PM sent.

Chris - Your x-pipe 200 cell cats look really nice. I'm a little concerned that they may make my Fabspeed Supercups too loud though.
Quick question about them - do they have "bungs" for both O2 sensors - needed for my 1997 993. Also, with the change from stock 400 cell, would I need to get my chip reprogrammed for emissions?

Thank you first off
Yes they have all 4 bungs for the O2's. Not sure on the re-flash question, may need to consult Steve W or V-Bob on that. I would suspect you should since they'll filter differently from the stock cats which means the system will "see" the exiting gases as to rich and lean out the mixture.
Now having said that, I haven't reflashed my X-pipe'd equip'd car (non cat pipes) and have notice a much richer smell because the post O2's are not in the pipes but tied up out of the way. On a 100K + miles car, I don't find that a bad thing at all.

Hi Gabi,

I have 100 cell cats and RSRs and they sound great! Check out my sound clips (top left) on my Putfile site. Where are you based as we might be able to catch up for a demo.

Cheers,

David
