Default Gert FPB question

I noticed when gordo993 helped me install my FPB that it seemed to be at a slight angle, with the right side slightly lower. I attributed that to installing when the car was not raised - and was planning, when installing the exhaust on working on trying to screw the right side in better to get it even.

Then I saw CP's (Pong?) on the "Random Picture" thread and it looks to have the same issue.

Anyone else notice this on their cars?
Any fixes?

Did you use a washer on one side but not the other? Did one side catch in the backing but not the other?
mine is striaght, the black paint makes it hard to see, i also have the RS chin pieces on either side.

I used the supplied washers on both sides, however the pass side was pretty difficult to get threaded. We did notice some scraping damage under there while installing, so we attributed our difficulty to minor tire well damage.

Libertyville is near Chi, not St. Louis (unless you consider 300+ miles near).

Gordo, if you noticed "minor tire well damage" then you may need to add/delete washers from each side as-required to get it visually level.
Mine also went on straight.

Dan got an A- in geography in 5th grade. By the way, the Chimp got the only A (it was the NYC school system after all).

That has to be pretty smart... after all, Dan is a guru -- it says so in his avatar. But that chimp is really smart. He's the guru for gurus. The Dali Lama of Rennlist, if you will.
