Can't Find Mobile1 15-50 Anywhere
Guys,
I can't find 15-50 anywhere (Wal-Mart, Sams Club, local auto stores, OG Racing). Those local places that used to carry it aren't anymore.
I live in Northern Virginia, any idea of who is still carrying it? Should I try a different viscosity? Any ideas of where I can order online?
Thanks,

My walmart carries 15w540 extended performance. However, another phased it out (must not sell). I have seen it at pep boys but be prepared to pay a premium. If you are looking for the red top 15w50, mobil phased it out a while ago.

tj90,
Thanks for the info. Both of the Wal-Marts around me have stopped carrying it (only place I know that carries it in the 5 quart jug). The local auto stores are always out of it and don't seem too interested in ordering it for me.
Just hoping someone has a silver bullet answer...

Our local Wal-Mart didn't have it either. I went to a nearby Super Wal-Mart and they had the 15W50. I was getting nervous about it too. I think I will go back and clean them out. Local Wal-Mart says there was no demand for the higher viscosity oil.?????? Then why were they always out?

I haven't been able to find it anywhere either. The kicker was going to the Mobil station and finding out that they don't carry any Mobil oil anymore. The attendant said they were rather surprised when they came in and took it off the shelf too. They replaced it with a generic labeled the same as the mini mart. The kid at Autozone kept trying to sell me Valvoline because it was on sale and had no idea what synthetic was other than "wow that is really expensive".
