"Isn't silver part of Porsche's racing heritage?"

It's my understanding that silver is THE factory racing color.

B-line - that is the goofiest study I have ever heard of! If there ever was a gay Porsche color it would have to be Pastel Yellow.

Was that car on eBay at some point? I remember seeing one there with what I would call raspberry paint and interior. Kinda cool although I suspect it'd get old quick.

Should I even post on this thread?? Hmmm...

If your friends have such issues to call a car color "gay" or "girlie" I'd be happy to show them what a girlie car can do. Nip that right in the bud.

what a stupid comment. Polar silver is just a blue/gray silver that is really unique and i think very cool. My car gets lots of compliments on the color. Its a hell of alot more interesting than bmw or audi silver. Your friend might not like silver, but there is nothing 'girlie' or 'wimpy' about it. If the car was pink, perhaps thats another matter about which reasonable men may differ.

The polar silver is a great color on the car in my opinion.

However if I saw a guy driving a Porsche of this color, then his masculinity would definitely be in question:

Purchased off of ebay by a friend of my for his fiancé. Even the seats had pink inlay. He got rid of it as fast as he could after the engagement was broken off.

Maybe if he put black powder coated wheels on it then it wouldn't be so gay.

Cheers,
