Default Popping Sound?

Hi - just replaced wires, plugs, rotors, and caps. Pretty sure everything is lined up properly (wires match the caps). In triple checking everything, removed the spark from the upper distributor and car runs great. Removed the spark from the lower distributor and getting a popping noise every three seconds or so from the passenger side only. What did i do wrong? Exhaust is stuttering with the pop and confirms it is happening on passenger side only.

Plug wires may not all be firmly seated. Go back and push jackets on again. Might help.

I had a popping sound when I replaced my plugs, distributors and rotors. It turned I left one of the wires unplugged at the distributor and each time that plug fired, the arched created a popping sound.

Certainly check the end of each wire.
