You need to watch the Uwe Alzen video in his RS Tuning 996 to know what fast means on the 'Ring, it is not about going sideways but rather going FAST. I don't know if anyone has a link to an online video of that movie, but should not be missed. The DVD is for sale as well saw it on a UK magazine.

I think the M3GTR in the Stuck video was the M3GTR that was built with a V8 in it. If I remember correctly, that car was allowed to compete for one season but then banned because BMW didn't build enough (any?) V8 M3's to meet the FIA's criteria for be a "production car." During the season that it ran, the only thing that could touch it were the prototypes.
