It is sort of amazing how much that 1.18 inches per side makes a difference, huh?

Do a search for "silver badge" or "hood badge". Someone a while ago posted a picture of a C2 and a C4s (or TT, I don't rember) side by side.

actually, most people cannot distinguish one from the other (it took me a while to be able to do it myself).

Last week, N bound on 101 in my "beater", I approached a dark 993 from behind. It was roughly the same area where I once spotted Russ's midnite blue C4S, so I assumed it was he. I was thinking to myself, "the wide-body really does look awesome". Then, as I approached, I noticed something odd -- "wait a sec, that looks like -- basket handle???"

Heh, fooled again by a "narrow body" 95

I too have been fooled by narrow bodies on the parkway (flying by at 80+), especially if they've been lowered. Why do they call them narrow body? There aint nothing narrow about that body.

Now following a 996 this morning on the way to the metro station I thought ...hmm better not post..might start stuff

OK Blue Ocean -

You opened up quite a thread there! But if you really want to know the most noticeable difference, it's in the side skirts - they flare at the bottom, instead of tucking under the doors, the front spoiler vents are different - one vs. three and if you're low enough to see them, there are some small vents under each corner at the front spoiler as well... Sorry, I still don't know how to get photos to display in messages or in my signature!

narrow
wide
