Is this a reasonable qoute?
While they are in there......?
When they are doing the rebuild what can be done to make it a little better without major costs??

If that was $ incl tax, it's about right. If Euros without tax, it's probably still about right, given that almost everything in Europe costs in Euros what the dollar amount would be here. I would add while you are in there:
a set of spark plug wires
a new SAI one-way check valve
LWF/RS clutch if you don't already have one

I don't think he needs a SAI one-way valve given he is in Europe?
