Why don't you also see if anyone wants the mufflers? I'm buying a set so can demo them to any London/South East rennlisters if they are interested?

then again, maybe you better talk to John D... perhaps they like to hunt down and physically punish those who can't see a GB through to completion? Might be in the bylaws somewhere.

Mick,
I did a group buy a while back for dash board dials. In that instance as the amounts were small and I was a known member I collected and consolidated payments before passing them on to the vendor. In this instance you would seek to collect a group of confirmed buyers and negotiate a lower group buy price. Given the high value of the parts you would probably arrange for the buyers to send the money direct to the vendor. No offence, but you are not a known quantity on the forum so would not be trusted to hold payments in case it was a scam on your part. Therefore, if things "went south" you would not be liable to refund monies as you had never collected the monies though the vendor might be pissed off if you failed to deliver on the number of buyers that you had negotiated the group buy rate.
Does that help?
Cheers,
David

I think the regulars (and those that have bought or tried to buy) would be able to agree (by now) that I am a pretty stand up guy when it comes to this stuff. I am just a hobbiest/enthusiast like you all, trying to better, and enjoy my car. Nothing would go wrong (with me), just compile a list of who is interested and someone let me know.
Oh and of course we thank everyone for their trust and support

Slightly more quiet with a non motorsound (which is stock with the motorsound package) mufller. Same sound just not as loud, very civil both inside and out, but with a nice growl. In fact, its porbably comperable to having cats with motorsound muffs, maybe a hint louder. It'll be very easy to live with if you just want a bit of noise.
