Sorry, but that's ugly. If someone would like to have air-intakes, look for the original-993-solution, just my opinion...

I wonder @ their rationale. 996 parts cheaper / easier to find?

Impressive to see RLer geolab's recent work, installing 993 ducts in his shop.
