Probably about time to introduce myself properly.
I feel extremely fortunate that timing worked out for me to finally own my 993.
got it last summer and since then have put down metal floors instead of the Porsche foam that had fallen apart. Also removed the aftermarket alpine stereo in favour of a hidden set up that has no head unit. A friend managed to make me a forged carbon fibre blanking plate for the spot.
Love this car and the community around it is probably the most helpful and relaxed that I’ve seen.

Can you tell me more about the hidden radio set up with no head unit. Maybe a few photos of it as well.
