Recommended tire pressure (cold) for Pirelli 285/30 & 225/40 18's please?

I run 37 (F) 44(R) cold and the car feels great on the street.. At the track I drop both F&R about 10 lbs (cold) and they come up very close to factory 37 (F) 44(R) when hot which is what a lot of experienced drivers/racers have told me is a good starting place for the track (hot = factory recommended prsssure).
