Question Rocky Mountain Auto Sport- Ever Heard of????

Hello,

I am looking at a Porsche 911 being sold by Rocky Mountain Auto Sport located in CO. To that extent I was wondering if anyone could offer any feedback on this dealer. I live in Atlanta and have no way of inspecting the car. The other question is, how do I find a good inspector? The dealer located in SHERIDAN, Colorado .

Thanks everyone for your help

Be a bit cautious with them. I have looked at a couple of cars and some were missing history, services, etc. and they are way, way overpriced. Try Bob at Euroservice, close to Sheridan, he is in Denver, maybe 15 minutes away. His tel. 303.722.2595. He did three of my PPI and does all of my service. Very reputable.

Good luck and if you need me to take a look for you, let me know.

Shattergard,

I live in Denver and would be willing to help you out and go look at the car. When I was looking for my p-car, I made a few trips to the RMA. I would agree with everything that AG mentioned above. Most of their cars did not have any history and were generally overpriced. They do have a good inventory of very, very low mile p-cars but they are primarily new models.

Let me know if you want me to check out a specific car and I can try and give you a hand.

Take jhale up on his offer, it could save you time and money for a ppi on a car you would not want.

I'll triple ditto the comments made about RMS. I bought my coupe from them. They originally wanted $42K for my '95. HA!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I took it for $34K and still only got a so-so deal. But I wanted it. My only negative comment is that I never got the owners manual/records that were promised to me.
But, I love the car.
