Default RS Splitters New Mods

I'm ready for my next mod on my 95 C2, i just purchased the turbo S ducts w/ fog lights, removing bumperettes and adding clear turn signals. I would like to add RS splitters, do you guys recommend MA Shaw or someone else.

Just recieved my ma shaw splitters. Look good but no predrilled holes, so my diy skills will be tested. I will post pics when finished but I'm leaving on vacation so it will be a week or so. The fiberglass is definetly stiffer that the factory pieces, no play at all. The price was half however so you must decide what you want.

Cool Why I like the Factory Splitters...

they resist breaking because they have some flex to them, and they seem to hold paint very well. In addition, the fit is perfect. I got my front splitters and side skirts from Gert Carnewal... www.carnewal.com , a long term Rennlist supporter and sponsor.

Cool Three (3) chin pieces????

When I ordered and installed my 993RS front splitters, I used the stock center piece...at least I think I did. Regardless...OEM is the way to go for value, fit and finish.

The typical 993RS side skirts are unpainted...they are black. Bill has painted his; nice touch! Just order a set from Gert Carnewal www.carnewal.com and you'll be a happy camper.

The benefit...when you have the complete aero package installed, at 170 mph, there is 0, that is 0 lift, for all intents and purposes. I have had my 993 RS aero package equipped car at 140 mph (on the track of course), rock solid.

Cool Don't be so quick to abandon ship....

the 993 RS CS (Club Sport) package has some advantages over the 993 RS aero kit...down force. At 170 mph, the 993 RS CS tail provides 160 Lbs of down force, with 9 degrees of down angle..the front lift is the same as the 993 RS package...no down force but minimal lift, about 35 lbs.

If you are a high speed junky, the 993 RSA CS package is the way to go, it would seem. Me, I am content with the 993 RS aero package. Not so fancy, but good enough!

I didn't like the boy racer look of the CS on the street.

My compromise for the track was a turbo S biplane on another lid for track days
