there is a difference between the Rennsport side skirts that bill has and the Aerokit side skirts that gert has.
Any pictures of the aerokit side skirts on a car

See post #2 on this thread . . . arena993's avatar is a pic of "old yeller" . . . a cab he recently up-graded and sold to one lucky customer out there. That car had the Aerokit side skirts IIRC . . . along with a euro turbo front bumper and rear TT spoiler. The Aerokit sides are typically painted to match the car . . . and are a bit "thicker" looking . . . but pretty much straight . . . whereas the RS side skirts "curve up" at the ends. Sorry for the non-technical description . . . but its the best I can do.

The MAShaw stuff is good quality for aftermarket but factory RS is the way to go as it will wear better as you get the eventual scrapes.

Martin,

I think Bill means those three little black "strips" that are under the car (look at the photo). You're correct, RS splitters is "just" two pieces, center piece is stock.

the center blue panel is the same on normal and RS there are 3 chins that bolt on under the blue body panels

The RS aero kit on my car is not the same as the turbo aerokit


some details




2 of these are needed to finish the rear wheel well
