I haven't noticed any change at 100 mph either, except for the rise of my insurance rate

Check your tires too. While not with a cab, my 97 targa did that and it cleared with new tires and an alignment. Not sure which it was as I do an alignment with every 4 tire purchase.

To clarify, I should have said I do that with a 4 tire purchase on the street car.
