Actually, all you want is the AN/APG-77 radar system, an RWR, and some HARM missiles and you can leave your Valentine One at home.

Chuck,

As much as I would love to go to VIR, I can't I'll be floating on this boat again. When I retire, I'll buy a trailer and live by VIR

Avillena,

NORIS was my first home with the Eightballers! HS-8. Which VS Sqd you were with? I was with Carrier Airwing 14 back then...VS-32.

Mike,
I was with VS 33, Screwbirds, one of the first squadron that transitioned from S2 to S3, 1975-1979. Went back to NASNI in 1981, HS-10 from VC-5, PI.
Just enjoying life after the NAVY.

Me and the normal "crew" will attempt to represent for the group at the Zone 2 event next weekend at VIR in your absence. Wish you were here to join us. The caravan to Danville will not be the same without the shiny yellow 996!!

I have a big lump in my throat from looking at all the pictures and reading the associated stories. This thread's content is one of many reasons why I am so proud to be an American.

God Bless all of the Service Men and Women who work tirelessly around the clock to keep us and the rest of the free-world free.

'Thank you!' to all the true heros world-wide.
