That is a great price for a 25K car (assuming 6-spd). Be sure to get a Pre-Purchase Inspection from a qualifed dealer/technician.

Still a great car at a reasonable price for the mileage.

Then that is a very respectable price.

At those miles, unfortunately, many of the stock shocks are shot (that was fun to say/type). As a cost cutting measure, Porsche put Monroe shocks in as OE. They don't typically last very long and will most likely need to be replaced in the relatively near future. However, again, that price is very reasonable.

How about giving us all of the details (options, # of owners, etc.)?

I also have a '95 (a coupe) with 25k miles, and I just replaced the stock shocks. I didn't realize how much the stock shocks wallowed and how bad the ride quality was wth the old shocks until I drove the car with PSS-9s. It is a different car now. I guess age and mileage are both factors in the stock shocks wearing out, since I wouldn't have expected them to be toast after only 25k miles. Good luck with your search.

The stock shocks have been known only to last 25k miles or so. Even if you replace them with new "Porsche" shocks, you will only get another 25k or so.

My car has 27k and from my recent suspension install, you can see leakage from my shocks:
