Disney and Pixar studios just created the essence of beauty in a car, on the new (to be released) movie "CARS", the beautiful girl is a 996..."Sally" is a blue Porsche (2002 996 according to Pixar) and she is "Lightning McQueen's" romantic pair (another Porsche reference).

Owen Wilson will be Lightning McQueens voice, Bonnie Hunt will do Sally and Paul Newman will loan his voice to a 1951 Hudson Hornet named Doc Hudson.

We'll have to give the guys a break...they made a sweet beauty from the 996...if they had a 993 as inspiration...they would have made a "hottie" and the movie would be rated R...maybe X!!!

I wasn't ready for that when I got my car. I'm a happily married man (10 years), but in the first week of having my cab, a young 20-something in a new VW Bug pulled up next to me at a stop light. She honked at me and as I looked over at her she smiled and waved. Unfortunately, I checked the other lane next to me to see who she was waving at.....

I've lost my skeeelz.

As far as Disney goes, I'm glad they picked the 996 as the chick car.

Rolling down the freeway with 2 friends in my old 911SC Targa . . . a VW Jetta with some real cuties pulls up next to us . . . waving . . . smiling . . . traffic shifts and allows us allows us to go forward a bit . . . then they pass . . . back and forth a few times . . . smiling, waving . . . they're blowing kisses the whole time. So my bro sitting next to me (yes other . . . smaller guy was stuffed in the rear seats) finally get's over the initial excitement . . . and assumes his gansta lean back in the passenger seat and sort of closes his eyes (it was late). Finally . . . on a catch-up, 2 of them are topless and feeling each other's chests . . . smacked the dosing guy a few times to wake his *** up . . . he's like "WTF!!! Man?" . . . until he turns to his right side a bit. Then the one in the rear passenger seat behind the driver leans her rack ohhhh so nicely right up against the window.

PORSCHE . . . there is no substitute!!

Yeah, I get that all the time...

Why a 996? They probably started working on the animation before the 997 came out, and they simply used the newest 911 at the time as their model.
