Default Looking for some stock mufflers

I have a buddy who thinks his latest C4S purchase is too loud and so he wants some stock mufflers back on there. I suspect the car has Supercups on it now, but he's not real knowledgable about that stuff. I'll find out more when I see it. So, anyone have a cheap set of Gilettes or Bischof's laying around? Thanks.

I don't think so, since the GHL's on my non-widebody 993 fir on my buddy's C2S just fine AND I sold his stock C2S mufflers (Gilettes) to someone here for their non-widebody 993.

Now for the real question? Do they supercups from your friends S bodied car fit a narrow bodied car? If so I might be interested in them.

I have a stock set of mufflers but I'll be keeping them, sorry. Last time I checked ebay had a bunch of stock mufflers.

I think a while back somebody posted that LA Dismantlers had them for $100 or so...worth a try.

Turns out the mufflers he thinks are too loud are GHL's. I put my old GHL's on his C2S and he loved it. But he says the ones on his C4S don't sound nearly as nice.

I've got some pretty clean stock mufflers from my narrow body '95. Been in my basement for a couple years. I'd be happy to offer them up for $100 plus the shipping. Heck, I also have a pair of RSR"S on the car now, that I'd offer in a deal or trade for something louder. Marc

3-some anyone?

1)I'll send my stock mufflers to your buddy Rick Lee
2)he sends his Supercups to mmh993
3)I'll take mmh993's RSRs for my car

I'm in the middle of deciding on a budget friendly muffler upgrade and this sounds friendly. Bull, I pm'd you too

Returned your PM. If you are thinking of RSRs, I don't think the MotorSound mufflers will be loud enough for you........

I sent him the LA Porsche page link, since they had them for $100 plus shipping. I'll tell him about Marc's offer tomorrow.
