Ok - Fixed the shipping so there is one for US, one for Canada, and one for everything else. I see why most people go with Ebay stores - a lot of this is pre-canned. I guess it is my DIY-er coming out again. (As wife rolls eyes.)
I'm looking to see if I can get cheaper global shipping. If I do, I'll let people ordering globally know.
Thanks.

Thanks Leland! I'll let you know ... a nice meeting point between Spang and my home could be the Nürburgring
With or without calendar by the way! Do they still have F-15 in Spangdahlem?
Brian I tried with your latest change, but it gives an error asking me to choose another shipping method. But only one is available and checked: the USPS

Hi all.
A slight delay due to me being without electricity for 2 days.
I tried to get everyone's outstanding questions addressed via pm's or other emails, but please let me know if at this point I have neglected anyone. Thanks all so far for the orders.

HA!!! It actually takes an extra day to transfer mail from the USPS trucks to horseback for entry into Montana. It's only about 2000 miles if you want to meet us here locally tomorrow for pickup.
Hey David,
Was that you I passed this evening around Brown's Bridge? It would figure that the one night I don't have time to stop is the first night I actually pass you. I'm thinking 5:00 tomorrow at the Red Door. My calendar looks ok. How's that sound?

aaaaaah... keep it up.... actually, what do I care... I'm out of this low down, dirty, good for nothin' nickel casino on every corner, god forsaken frozen tundra of a wasteland in six months.

Actually, I should rephrase... There are parts of Montana that are breathetaking.
Please allow me to use the following visual aids:
Kalispell, Whitefish, and Glacier to the north west... and The Judith Gap Basin and Yellowstone area to the south are very nice:
Please refer to Fig 1.a.1
