I just received Adrian's book, and I'm in! Wooohoo!
And what a kick to see so many of you guys in there. Petu, Phil, Boris, Pong, CBoyd, Anir, Pin, man the list goes on! I do think Pin wins with the most pics, though ...especially with that gorgeous fog photo!

Sorry for the frivolous post as I have just barely dug into the technical aspect of the book. But like a kid, I was drawn to and most excited over the pictures, first!

I know Adrian would rather hear how the book's technical prowess has helped us as owners. But sorry, sir, that will have to wait for another day. Today, I'm going to thank you for putting in us "regular" folk into this fine compendium of 993 splendor. Thanks, Adrian!

Hi Pong,

I posted this in the last "Adrian's Book" thread, but I think it got buried in all the excitement. My wife got the book from the Borders Books site for under $40 bucks shipped! If you go through the checkout process, a Border's Credit Card popup comes up. My wife applied, took two minutes, and got $30 off instantly. I received it within a week (which oddly enough came with an Amazon label ...go figure). Even if you don't get the $30 off, at least you'll get it right away.

that's great news as Aamzon is listing this at $68. I'll skip over 5to Borders and look now.

Just looked. Border is teaming with Amazon and price is $64. $30 is the listed savings.
