ROW, SAI CEL ( i'm guessing is check eng light) etc etc. Can someone give me the rundown or direct me to a faq? I searched the forum but the only threads I found went to broken links or some place on the site I can't find.

ROW = Rest Of the World
SAI = Secondary Air Injection
CEL = Check Engine Light

It took me a bit to understand the "lingo" But yes cel and sai are big issues w/the 993. but not that big of a deal... read on and search..
