He's the best, in my experience, having lived there for 7 years. Other well-regarded shops are Eibell Performance in Clearwater and Dave White Autosports in Tampa.

But I'd use Joe.

Just to throw it out there, I reccomend Euorpean Performance in St. Pete. Mickey @ 727 823 4585. All work including transmissions (auto and manual), machine work, fabrications, anything you can think of is done in house.
