Blaine's floor came out very nicely and it seems to be holding its own against the salt and sand that results from a New England winter. This is the method I will use on my floor, some day.

Thanks for all the advice from everyone on painting the garage floor!
I painted bay number 1 today turned out very nice, am going to paint bay's 2 and 3 tomorrow and skip the super bowl!
The garage drew first blood about 30min into the job, I put one knee down to tape off something and a tack was sitting on the floor pointy side up and of course my knee hit it squarly a few cuss words and a beer later, I was back in the game.
Personal note to self: Epoxy paint does not come off of hands, wear latex gloves from now on, definitely gloves

Dave,
Griots is the way to go. My Griots tan garage floor has been used for over 2 years with no lifting or problems of any kind. Previously I had a Benjamin Moore epoxy paint for concrete and it peeled off in sheets.

John D II,
Nice garage I am thinking about adding the 4 foot wall between ours also. I want to walk into the garage and think I have walked into a Porsche dealership!
My thoughts on adding wall art (from a artist type of friend) buy a great Porsche calendar, tear each page out and frame it in its own picture frame.
Anyone else do this???

Guys,
Thanks for the kind words. The Griots paint and a little art work substantially transform and upgrade the space. I really enjoy detailing or working on the car in the bright, clean finished space. And it cleans very easily.

Hi John!. Great guy, great garage.
John's garage only hints at the meticulous maintenance his Turbo receives. A beautiful car, my only regret is that I missed an opportunity to pry John's previous P-Car from him. That empty space in John's garage was once occupied by a gorgeous Silver 993 TT.
