Question Has anyone ever painted their grill and if so do you have a picture?

Has anyone ever done this and if so how did it come out? Any photos, especially if they are of a polar silver car?

Thanks and regards,

David

Thanks David,

Unfortunately, none of the threads have any pictures of the painted grills apart from the split grills.

Cheers,

David

Thanks Chris. Kevin is an inspiration to us all.

Now what about a picture of a silver car?

Cheers,

David

Here you go, this is mine. It's stock 'though. Ordered a 4S with split grill right from the factory (Polar silver)

Thanks Eagle,

I'm trying to see what a standard grill on a narrow body car would look like painted. Sorry for the confusion.

Regards,

David

Thanks Dudley,

That looks great and he makes a good point about the chances of painting the grill well after all the silcon, etc that may have gone on the grill.

Cheers,

David

Here's a painted one-piece grill on a narrow body. It's very easy (aka cheap) to do.

The painted one-piece grille, as Adrienne's car attests, is a great look for a polar silver car. Go for it!

one advantage to owning a black 993; the grill already matches :-)

I have a Metallic Black 993. I'm thinking of painting the grill for a better match. Any thoughts? Anyone have pics of it in Metallic Black?

I think it almost makes the rear of a narrow body car look wider.

Here are a couple of pics of mine.
