Doable. But a bad idea. Do you think you are the inventor of lateral thinking?
Welcome to RL... your idea is not good. Wait for the other replies...
Sell your car then buy one with the 6 speed. Period.

It is a lot of work. The biggest negative is that you'll have to change your speedo (odometer) to a manual trans version. I say this is negative because once you go to sell the car, you'll have to explain why the odometer was changed. Easy to justify to a potential buyer, but odometer stories scare people, including myself.
That said, on the upside, you end up with OBC and a manual trans
Not sure if the ECU requires changing, everything else is pretty much bolt in.

Tx alot for your prompt reply. You seem to be adimant about not doing this. any reason. Ive had my car from new, and it has only 20k on it. so well kept. I just wished it was manual. ziad.

Chris,
I have a 95 with a manual transmission and I have OBD on the Tech. Are you suggesting that OBD is only available with TIPS?
Ziad,
Where are you located? It could make a difference whether that is doable or not. Primarily the technical ability of the shops in your area. I'm sure if you pay them enough, RUF can do anything your heart desires.

Chris, you've got it right. All Tips came with OBCs standard. The shift diagram is in spit where the trip OD would normally be (OMC has built in trip OD). OBC was optional on all manual NA 993s, standard on Turbos. Hard to find an OBC in a manual NA, but anyone can do what I did - retrofit. Now I have two trip ODs - and a boost gauge (my tach came from a turbo)
