I am so sorry for your loss, Tony. I know all too well...
I hope the following quote comforts you. It has helped me and are words that I have used to help assuage the grief of others:
Earth hath no sorrow that heaven cannot heal.
-Thomas Moore

Dear Friends and Family,
I want to express my appreciation to all of you for your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Today was a good day as my dad has chosen to bless our family and friends... and now he is in a better place.
Some of you have known about my dad's battle with cancer since he was diagnosed back in May. He fought it like I've never seen anyone fought in my entire life... for family, his friends and us. My dad was 76 years old and the day that he was diagnosed was the same day that he retired from his long and successful career as a CPA. However I feel sadden that he didn't have the opportunity to enjoy his retirement as he should have and deserved. He was a great man who took care of his family and friends. We will miss him dearly.
Again, I want all of you to know how much appreciations and gratitude that I have for all of you my friends and second family. And I want you to know that my dad would feel the same way. My love for cars is from my dad and it was one thing that we shared many conversations and passions for. Back in April when we had our mishap with the 993TT during the Rumble... he was the first person that greeted me when we pulled up in the tow truck.
My future plan now is my mom and our family will be leaving the So. Cal and move to the big State of TEXAS. Just last week Jodi and I were in Texas and purchased our new home in McKinney, TX. I will miss many of you here in So. Cal but will meet new friends, Jonathan, Ben in Plano and Joanne and Robert when you guys decide to move there too.
As someone said in an earlier post.... I will always have a passenger riding with me in my 993TT.
I also want to thank my best friend Romeo (he hates that) “Phatbut” for remembering my dad…. THANK YOU.
God bless all of you and thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Tony,
Glad to hear from you here. I guess you have decided to move to Texas afterall. From what you told me, it is a great move.
Hope you have time for a bowl of chowder together on 11-12 before you leave. Take good care my friend.
