There is a pic of a black 993 with a "club racing" sticker on the front quarter. What is that? I just spotted a GR 951 with a similar sticker and racing stripes.

The black 993 is Sam N's car. Sam recently made his racing debut at Summit Point. If you're asking about the stickers, cars that race are required to have the PCA racing sticker on both sides of the car. PCA has a club racing program where, after meeting track experience criteria (12 or more track days within 24 months, sign-off by your region's chief instructor, successful completion of club racing school and some other things I can't recall), a physical and having your car meet the minimum safety requirements, you can go wheel-to-wheel racing with other cars in your class. It's an incredible amount of fun, as you might imagine.

Mark... did you put an RS tail on your car and do you have any pics of your car with the tail on it?

It's an RS 3.8 tail, which is very different from the RS tail. The RS tail is a spoiler, whereas the RS 3.8 tail has a wing section with a leading edge. Except that my car doesn't have a leading edge but is, instead, a big spoiler. I know it's confusing but it is a 3.8 RS tail that's been modified to be legal for club racing in D class.

This is the only pic I have, courtesy of Tony/Blue S2, as I put the wing on about a month ago and have not had a chance to shoot it.
