I have never experienced such a project myself, but as an engineer I think I can have an idea of the complexity of the process and the impacts each decision can make on other aspects of the build. The integration of all the parts into a whole is outstanding.
I congratulate you and wish you all the best for many years of enjoyment driving your amazing car!
Wow, Mike -- glad you liked the article. A RL success story: incredible RLers made it happen while I was trekking to Mt. Everest.
I look forward to introducing you to 'Speedy!'
P.S. Thanks for the PM. Will get back to you

Porsche tractor wheels on Lufteknic.com (kudos to RLer hoggel for letting me know):
New shoes for my daily Arctic Silver 993 Carrera 4S with TPC supercharger and Advanced Keys push button ignition system. They're Rotiform FUC with a custom RSR bead blasted finish, matte black surround and hardware, and matte clear polished lips.
Front 18x9 ET36225/40ZR-18 Sumitomo HTR Z III
Rear 18x12 ET51295/30ZR-18 Sumitomo HTR Z III
ModQuench...wow, beautiful. Aggressive fitment...any rubbing up front? Hard to tell the rear clearance, you running a lot of rear camber? A 12" wide wheel at et 51, has gotta be tight too.
Finally got the Fuchs 17s (7s and 9s) I've been drooling over for a couple of years, and I'm loving the way they look. (They're also lighter by 1.5 and 2 pounds, respectively, which can't hurt.) They replaced my Cup IIs, one of which (left rear) developed a small crack. I have the other three (great condition) for sale, btw. This thread got me thinking about aftermarket wheels, so I wanted to say thanks to y'all. (And yes, those are what you think they are in the background...Callas Rennsport is working on a few of them
