A/C blowing hot
I have done a search, but most posts seem to deal with A/C not cooling enough.
I have recently noticed that I am getting hot air from the right hand side dash vent when the temp switch is at minimum and a/c is on. The other dash vents blow cool (but not cold) air.
Any clues as to the cause of this?
I'm planning to put my car in for service soon, and I'd like to fix any jobs that are DIYs before it goes in.
Many thanks,
Steve.

I ran into just the opposite, cool air on the passenger side when heating. It could be the temperature sensors (one for each side) or the heater mixing valves (one for each side). In my case, the electric motor on the mixing valve failed in the closed position. It's possible yours may have failed in an open position or the temp sensor is not commanding it to open/close blending hot air with the A/C.
The temp sensor are up front in the trunk while the mixing valves are in the footwells.
Here's a thread that helped me:
