Default Windshield service in Bay Area?

Squeaks, leaks, excessive turbulence at 100+ mph, and rennlist archives have lead me to believe that I need the windshield seals serviced/looked at.

Can anyone recommend a shop in the Bay Area that will be able to troubleshoot my problem the first time around at a reasonable price? Thanks guys.

btw, my current windshield is completely fine, it's just the seals that are driving me crazy. I suspect i need the seals replaced. Where should I go?

A shop based in San Francisco, Glass Plus, was mobile and installed at my house. Call Michael the Manager and ask that Andrey do your install. There is the main inner seal which the windshield sits in and then the outer seal which you see from the exterior. Most important is that proper prep is done on the inner channel and correct sealant be used. My insurance deductible was $500.

Brad, thank you for the information. Was did you have your windshield replaced? What was the total cost of the job? Also, I don't need to provide anything in terms or parts or seals, correct? Thanks again.

I think total was around $1100 including new OEM windshield which I think was 700-800. The two sets of seals were less than $100. Took about 1.5 hours I think.
