Wheels are not hollow spoke.
Had new tires put on and I don't recall if the valve stem was flush with the opening for the stem. I know hollow spoke wheels take and metal and differing stem. Mine has a gap at the opening. I did the search and and found few references.

Looks normal. However, I'd be more concerned with the fact that they kept your old balancing weights from your previous tires in place.
Were the wheels re-balanced after they installed the new tires? Any idea why they would leave an old set of weights on your wheels?
New tires should go with new stems and re-balance with new weights.

Oh, no worries, new weights are on, just not in the picture. What you see here is just the backing paper left after the removal of the old weights and that will be cleaned off. My concern is the seat of the stem againsts the wheel. It just appears contrary to what I'm used to seeing with other previous applications (non-Porsche).
