Just to make sure I got the location right as I'll be in "Zombi mode" at 6 AM.
From I-595 take University (South) and "Tower shops" will be on the east side (left)...is it a shopping plaza? Any anchor stores such as a supermarket ?

That's it. It's a big parking lot with various shops around. Let's meet at the Dunkin' Donuts (we all need coffee) so it's easy to "spot" us.

parking near nexxt on the street will be non-existant (i live 50 yards from Nexxt)
BUT there is a rather large parking lot that should be pretty vacant at that hour. its on the west side of euclid just north of 16th. just south of Nexxt. that should be a pretty good bet for parking.
if you park there, i KNOW i'll hear the finn!

Well...as far as parking on Ocean Drive...probably by 8:30 AM the only problem will be to remove the junkies from the curb side! :- )
