Steve,

Holy smokes!!! those are some seriousely good looking RUF seats. What is the PO replacing them with? Are you getting them close to the price point we discussed?

In any case, Mucho Congratulations.

Pong,

The owner of these seats wants some lighter, more race-oriented seats (he is well over 200mph in the Nevada open road races). The seats need a bit of repair, and I haven't seen them yet, but the seller is a really good guy, and I trust him completely. Price? Ruf anything is 3x more expensive then it should be (as you well know). I just bought the a-piller fairings (since I having some paint work done anyway). Talk about crazy Ruf prices. Yipes.

Steve,

Seems like Roland is on his weight-regiment again. Lucky for you. No wonder those seats look familiar.

Steve - OT but you posted earlier that you got a new vanity plate...what did you get?

One of the best p-car plates I've seen was "RUF ENUF". Of course a Porschephile would know that the pronounciation is wrong

Steve,

How about RUF 'heart symbol' US. Multiple meanings:
RUF loves us.....
RUFUS is in our hearts....
Loves RUFUS....

You get the drift.

Too late. Already ordered my plate. Clearly, I should have come to Rennlist for ideas first. "RUFUS" was taken, and I'm not sure that symbols makes it different.

Steve, I ordered my steering wheel form Gert. You can too. I think it took 4 or 5 months to get. Be prepared to be punished by the Euro, but you probably already know that. -Lee.

Beautiful wheel... but <gulp> major big bucks. That will have to wait for my lottery ticket to pay off.

Is it difficult to install these additionally into a normal Coupe? Does it require a new center console?
