Every RSR comes with that decal from the factory.

Other than the cool carbon airbox, what other Cartridge components are fitted to every RSR?

Other induction parts, fuel cell parts and electrical system parts. Also, generally, the leading teams use Cartridge axles, fuel cells and certain suspension components.
