Arrwin,
installing the rings is a piece of cake, they fit right in. And the tape makes it a very clean finish, no mess with glue or silicons. I didn't put tape all around. Just 4 - 6 strips of 1 centimeter depending on the size of the ring. Removing them would be very easy too with just a few spots to clean.
The edge of the rings match perfectly the edge of the bezels.
I just cleaned/polished them prior to installing with some soft alu-polish.
I really came across these by accident during a websearch. I was surprised that I never saw them before on a Rennlist thread.
Got lots of positive reactions from friends. Some thougt they were factory installed.
Anyway, its all a matter of personal taste.
Take care u all,

They are based in Germany, accept Paypal, ship worldwide, price around 70$ including shipping.
No affiliations whatsoever, just happy proud customer.

Chris,
They speak english. Ask for Holger, think he is the owner of the company.
Yes, the kit includes all five rings. Don't really know about the shipping costs to the US.
They are also on ebay :

I ordered from their website using google to translate for me. Payment via paypal. Here's the google link
http://www.google.com/language_tools
You can try babelfish also for translation. Seems, like the Ebay.de route would be easiest.

Scott,
You're right, they just cover the inside of the gauge. I think that's why it doesn't look too bling. Hmmm, damn you guys. Might have to sport for some.
