Default TT project: Cooling system update and other stuff

Hey guys,

Been real busy up until this week when I got to put in some hours working on the car.

Heres the latest:

Finally mounted the water tank and Setrab cooler. Also finshed up the lines for the cooling system.

Fill location for the water tank in the drivers side rear seat.

You can see both the cooling systems (oil/water) going into the turbo here. The smaller oil lines coming from the engine shroud are new additions.

Two of the oil feed lines.

Vacuum manifold.

Neat view of the underside of my car.

My next update should be back to the interior for the wiring/Motec and Racepack install.

Looks great, as always! Is that aluminum plumbing? Did you have any trouble with it cracking while flairing? Be sure to rubber P-clamp everywhere to avoid cracking the tubing

Thanks Danny. Will definitely let you know when she is up.
Hows your parts search going?

Chris - Fortunately all the flares turned out nicely without cracking. Was enough of a pain in the butt already. I have a big bucket full of rubber clamps waiting to do thier job. Thanks for all the little tips you have thrown in along the way.

Hello Princeton,

You are a master of understatement. Describing the underside of your car as "neat" is a classic

YOU MEAN AWESOME

Very nice (as usual) Princeton!

When do you expect to run this monster?

Absolutely positively Insane. I love it, great concept and execution. Would love to see a chart on that one when finished.

Princeton,

Once you are done with the car it should go straight to Porsche AG museum. I would not have the heart to drive it I think. Amazing.

Or you know what, just do a 60-130 run and then send it Or... send it to me to do the test

I am in awe every time you post an update. You "home-brew" skills are phenominal. Keep posting, Princeton!
