I think most ROW cars also have a 3 position headlamp adjust swich on the dashboard ( with a little servo motor inside the headlamps to adjust low beams) .

Also, in later 993 US cars , do you have to depress the clutch to start the car?

Phone console is also different.
You're correct about the hp difference being between the non-varioram (95 in US) and varioram (96-98). There is no power difference between US and ROW - just the power rating systems produce slightly different numbers (SAE vs. DIN).

Turbo S - U.S Version 424hp (430hp DIN)
Turbo S - RoW Version 443 hp (450hp DIN)

-----------------

For those that didn't know:

1 hp SAE ≅ 0.745 699 9 kW
1 PS (hp DIN) ≅ 0.735 498 8 kW

PS stands for Pferdestarke, which means Horse Strength
