Just ordered mine from Prestige Parts here:

I went with the plate only style from Prestige Parts, as I wanted to still be able to see the lights. The other option is to cover the whole thing -- guess it depends on how much aluminum look you want. Good luck.

thread jack: if anyone is interested in the prestige "Dial bezel rings" and "Aluminium switch covers" let me know. i recently got them but decided i don't like the look of the aluminum trim in the car (i'll part with them for much less than full price)
