Kind of busy looking. Doesn't have the clean lines of the 993 or 997 for that matter. Won't be running out to sell the 993, that's for sure.

I'm a bit turned off by a few of the styling cues:
I think it's just Porsche's attempt to make the car different-looking from the Boxster and 997.
Otherwise, I like the performance numbers, mid-engine design, and hatchback.
- RX 8/Viper Coupe roofline
- Honda S2000 rear light treatment and ricer-boy air intakes

I think it's beautiful, and exactly what Porsche needs, just at the wrong price. Sure, their pricing seems logical, but it doesn't excite me at all. $59,000 for 295 hp, 250 lb-ft tq, 0-60 in 5.1 sec. Meh.
Makes the Boxster S look pretty good, at $53,000 with 280 hp, 236 lb-ft tq, 0-60 in 5.2 sec.

I love it. I really hate to say it, but it is a beautiful design. It is like an Audi TT, but much better. With a 996-type GT2 tail and a deeper front spoiler, it would be amazing.
